Preliminaries
Scope
This bibliography of H. Platzer’s scientific work covers most of his publications from 1967 (the earliest I could find) to his definitely last that dates from October 1986 (see below). It is essentially based on archived media and the biannual reports issued by the “Institut für Nachrichtentechnik der TH/TU-München”.

Although this bibliography appears rather complete within its scope, the archived media (Reprints, Books, Journals) are not.
 
1986
H. Platzer has been a scientist at the “Institut für Nachrichtentechnik” for about 30 years as well as a tenure member of the university’s research and teaching staff and head of a successful research group for about 10 years, when he decided in 1986 not to publish anymore. He justified his attitude by the worsened working conditions. In particular, he has been affected by requirements of official permission for working at times other than the university’s opening hours (7am-7pm) and for every scientific publication. For him, both regulations implied distrust and supposed bad intentions. Platzer’s decision to no longer supply the common proof of his still vivid research, quite astoundingly didn’t cause any reaction during the upcoming 9 years, neither from the institute’s directors nor from any other university officials.
