Most of the image samples are taken from public requests for assistance addressed to
the "ImageJ-List",
the "Image.sc-Forum", and
the "ImageJ-Subreddit Community".

Most samples are cropped from the original images and some are re-oriented.

Color images are reduced to a single channel or converted to 8bit gray.
-
No pre-processing is applied and the range of gray-levels is left untouched.

Download all sample images without the edge traces.

Below every image is the “ImageJ Macro”-code that results in the shown edge traces.

To run the code, paste it to an empty macro window per menu item “Plugins ▹ New ▹ Macro”.
